Small Business    From the word small it means independent entrepreneur which is newly started while biz is a short word for business. We all know that if we have a small business we think of something on how to incorporate it. Incorporating the small business is all we want, in order for us to enlarge the business.  

      In incorporating such business, we may get to hold on the positive sides hence the more good things we possess, the better the enhancements. Let’s comprehend this systematically.

      Being a sole proprietorship, all the liabilities of the company will be your responsibility and when a certain business becomes incorporated, stockholder individuals are also engaged such obligations and functions thus making it more profitable. On the other hand, their liabilities are limited, it depends upon the amount he/she has shared in the company.

      Another one, it is the persistence of the business. Even if all shareholders of the company die or leave the business or if the ownership of the business changes, the company still continues to exist. It’s a corporation not an individual ownership. It has an unlimited life extent. The fact that a corporation has the ability to raise more money which could make the business grow faster and develop easier, corporation itself could also borrow and earn debt like any other sole proprietorship. They can also put up for sale and raise equity from the shares of all the board of directors. It is actually a big advantage because equity capital doesn’t have to be repaid and gain no interest. And we all know that getting into the incorporating world is really hard but you should always have the spirit and firmness to do it.

     All businesses starts from the small ones and when you just manage your business properly, you might not notice that your business has starts to grow and develop. The secret about it is that, you don’t think about money when you decide about incorporating your small business. What’s importance about is the future of the business you might possibly have and that’s the path you must follow. It should always start from the heart. 

     Maybe some of you wondered why other companies’ remains stand still even in the midst of global crisis. Well, the answer is simple. Good management, determination, and honesty are their armor thus the results their strong pillar of success still continues. In incorporating business, the dos and don’ts are necessary. Always take right step at a time. There are competitors? Yes, there is always. Its natural presence of dilemma, but it doesn’t mean you have to stop. So, consider it as a challenge.

      In a corporation, you have so many co – partners. They are trying their best to assist you but take note few are loyal. Incorporating business doesn’t stop even if you die; you still have successors and shareholders to continue what you have started. One thing is certain; incorporating business is always exists as long as it is properly manage by someone who has the quality to be a good leader.
